Whitehorse Business Group 2023 Partners

As a not-for-profit organisation, our major source of revenue is generated from membership fees, a Council grant and generous businesses and individuals. These funds are then reinvested into the Whitehorse Business Group for the benefit of all members.

This year we aim to provide more networking opportunities, social events, community interactions, webinars and seminars than before. Servicing the business community on an as needed basis, with maximum exposure and opportunity.

Throughout COVID we continued our work to connect businesses, strengthen networks and for our sponsors and members to explore business opportunities and support each other.  2022 was a big year for WBG, we returned to face to face events, had the most successful awards program ever, culminating in our Gala Dinner hosted by Dave O’Neill with over 300+ in attendance, including local Councillors, State and Federal members of Parliament, and most importantly, our Sponsors, Members and Award nominees.

In 2023 we will have a full calendar of activities, including our premium events; the Women in Business lunch, Excellence in Business Gala dinner and our annual Economic update to name a few.  This year we have a number of new initiatives to give you even more value as a Sponsor; including Lunch and Learn presentations, workshops, Sponsor/Member only events and new initiatives including highlighting what’s happening and ahead in the City of Whitehorse, with Simon McMillan, Whitehorse City Council CEO and Deborah Shambrook, Coordinator of the Investment and Economic Development team, who will update us on the economic and planning activities in the area.
